One complimentary video pilot

A better way to show what your service can do.

Asteria Interactive is looking for one service business to help create our first video—and improve the process with us as our design partner.

Opens your email app. One partner will be selected, with no creative fee. We will agree on the video and how it may be used before work begins.

Three film frames progress from abstract ideas to a clear, illuminated story.

A good fit

Your service is clear. Your story deserves the same clarity.

This pilot is for a lawful service business with a clear offer, a specific customer, and the time to collaborate. You should be able to provide accurate business information, usable brand materials, and one person authorized to approve the work.

Asteria will confirm that we can support your location and project, that the needed permissions are clear, and that both sides are ready. Sending an email does not guarantee selection.

A focused exchange

What we will make—and what we will learn.

For your business

A thoughtful, focused video

  • An initial discovery conversation
  • One mutually agreed video concept
  • A defined review and revision process
  • Delivery under a clear written agreement

For Asteria

A process grounded in reality

  • Honest feedback on the experience
  • Insight into the questions clients actually ask
  • A tested review and approval workflow
  • A stronger foundation before automation

How it works

Four deliberate steps.

Simple enough to move, structured enough to protect the work.

  1. 01

    Confirm the fit

We discuss your service, audience, objective, timing, and the video we could reasonably create together.

  2. 02

    Agree on the plan

Before production, we agree on the video, supplied materials, factual claims, reviewer, permissions, and permitted uses.

  3. 03

    Create and review

Asteria produces the concept and preserves each revision while you provide timely, consolidated feedback.

  4. 04

    Approve and deliver

You approve the exact final version. We deliver it under the agreed terms and learn from the process.

Your part

Good creative needs good inputs.

The strongest partnership starts with accuracy, access, and timely decisions.

  • 01Accurate information and support for factual claims
  • 02Permission to use every supplied logo, photo, clip, or testimonial
  • 03One authorized reviewer and consolidated feedback
  • 04Honest feedback about what worked and what felt unclear

Clear from the start

Complimentary creative is not free advertising.

The pilot does not include advertising spend or guarantee leads or sales. Private use is the default. Asteria will not publish or distribute your branded video without your written approval.

Before work begins, we will agree in writing on the video, review process, delivery, ownership, and permitted uses.

“Before building forms, databases, and automation, I want Asteria to learn from one real partnership and make something genuinely useful.”

Questions

The useful details.

Is the pilot really complimentary?

Yes. The selected partner will not pay a creative fee for the video we agree to make. Any additional work would require a separate agreement.

Who is eligible?

A lawful service business with a clear offer, a defined customer, usable source material, support for its claims, and one person authorized to approve the work. Asteria will also confirm that it can support your location and project.

Does the pilot include advertising?

No. The complimentary pilot covers the agreed creative work only. It does not include media spend, campaign placement, leads, appointments, or sales guarantees.

Will Asteria publish the video?

Not by default. Private use is the starting point. Asteria will publish only the exact video you approve, on channels you approve in writing.

Who owns or may use the finished video?

We will agree on ownership and permitted uses before production. You keep your existing brand materials, trademarks, and other protected content.

What happens after I send an email?

Franz will review your note and, if the business appears suitable, arrange a short conversation about your offer, audience, materials, timing, and expectations. Selection is not automatic.
